Standard Back-to-Back Installation for Single Split Air Conditioner  For single storey building and single brickwall or equivalent wall type such as weather board only. Indoor unit mounted on external wall and outdoor unit mounted on flat and level ground (no landscaping is required) with ground bracket provided. Indoor or outdoor units installed back to back with 3 (three) metre of piping and interconnection wiring allowed. Exposed pipework and wiring covered with PVC capping. Condensate drain from indoor unit discharges on ground next to the outdoor unit, condensate drain from outdoor unit discharges under unit. Power supply for unit up to 5 kW run from local outlet (GPO) to outdoor unit including weather proof isolating switch with maximum 5 metre cables allowed. Power supply for unit larger than 5 kW run from external main switchboard (or submain) to outdoor unit including weather proof isolating switch with maximum 10 metre cables allowed. Additional cost will incur if installation does not qualify "standard back-to-back" type, or when materials exceed maximum length as specified, or when wall bracket or pump are required. Additional cost will incur when installation premises exceed 15 km from our warehouse address.
