AIRCONSHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. AIRCONSHOP
1.1 AIRCONSHOP is trading under NCG Airconditioning Warehouses Pty Ltd, ABN 38 638 392 122.
1.2 Access to and placing orders on AIRCONSHOP website is provided to you subject to these terms and conditions.
1.3 By using this website and making a purchase, you agree to AIRCONSHOP Terms and Conditions.
1.4 AIRCONSHOP reserve the right to amend AIRCONSHOP Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the AIRCONSHOP website will constitute acceptance that you are bound by AIRCONSHOP Terms and Conditions as amended.
1.5 AIRCONSHOP reserves the right to reject an order if, in its opinion, the order is unacceptable or when you have provided:
1.5.1 incorrect or incomplete name, address, phone number or email address
1.5.2 incorrect payment details, including credit card details, and funds that are not approved or not been received.
2. Links to AIRCONSHOP website
2.1 You must not establish a link to the AIRCONSHOP website without AIRCONSHOP’s prior written approval.
2.2 To request approval, please email AIRCONSHOP at info@airconshop.com.au
2.3 AIRCONSHOP reserves the right to accept or reject your request at its ultimate discretion.
3. Warranties
3.1 All air conditioners sold by AIRCONSHOP have manufacturer’s warranty in accordance to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions. Please refer to manufacturer’s website for warranty information.
3.2 Warranty will be voided by the manufacturer if the air conditioning system is not installed by a fully licensed and qualified trade’s person or not installed according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Under these circumstances any service repair costs will be the responsibility of you-the purchaser.
3.3 AIRCONSHOP Installation Warranty: Subjected to clause 3.4, the Standard Back-to-Back Installations sold on AIRCONSHOP have a 5 Year Installation Warranty on Parts and Labour, unless otherwise stated on this website for certain labour and parts.
3.4 AIRCONSHOP Installation Warranty does not cover the followings:
3.4.1 Faults incurred through lack of maintenance of parts. (e.g. drains, filters, etc.)
3.4.2 Any modifications or alternations to the air conditioner and its parts.
3.4.3 Damage of the air conditioner caused by negligence, ingress of any foreign matter or person, animal or plant or thereof, vandalism, accident, fire or force majeure. (e.g. pest damaging wires and parts, etc)
3.4.4 The air conditioner is in working condition and AIRCONSHOP technician couldn’t find any problem.
3.4.5 Damages due to nature disaster (weather related damages, e.g. hailstones, earthquakes, lighting strikes, etc)
3.4.6 A call out fee of $160 plus labour and parts cost will be applied if any of the above situations under clause 3.4 occur.
4. Returns & Refunds & Cancellations
4.1 Be sure of the air conditioners you need before confirming your order. If in doubt on the correct sizing of air conditioning units for your requirements, please contact AIRCONSHOP for advice.
4.2 Subjected to clause 4.3, 10 day returns are offered on air conditioners (excluding installations) sold on AIRCONSHOP.
4.3 Provided you return the air conditioners within 10 days from the date of purchase and the air conditioners are in its original conditions and unopened, and with its original receipt/tax invoice, you will receive a refund less 15% for restocking fee.
4.4 We do not offer returns and refunds on the air conditioners that cannot be resold.
4.5 You may cancel an order at any time prior to despatch of the air conditioners. Cancellations will incur a 5% administration fee.
5. Payment
5.1 When purchasing air conditioners through AIRCONSHOP, we accept payment via the following methods:
5.1.1 Cash (for pickup/self-collection of products only)
5.1.2 Direct Debit
5.1.3 Visa
5.1.4 MasterCard
5.1.5 American Express
5.2 All prices are inclusive of Australian Products and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
5.3 AIRCONSHOP uses SSL Encryption. All payments made on the airconshop.com.au website are processed by the Commonwealth Bank (CommWeb) which is highly reliable and secure.
